Costing & MIS Executive - Manufacturing Industry

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cost Analysis:

- Analyze production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Develop and maintain costing models to calculate product costs accurately.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from standard costs and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Assist in pricing strategies by providing insights into cost structures and profitability margins.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by providing cost-related inputs.
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis reports.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements to achieve budget objectives.
- Management Information Systems (MIS):

- Design, implement, and maintain MIS systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support management in evaluating operational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the MIS by implementing quality control measures.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data collection methods.
- Inventory Management:

- Assist in inventory valuation and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory turnover rates.
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to optimize inventory management practices and minimize carrying costs.
- Cost Control Initiatives:

- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement cost control initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects and initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of cost reduction measures and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements related to costing and financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to costing and MIS.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) in costing analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
