Position: Purchase ( Senior Position )

Location: Palej, Gujarat

Experience: 4 - 5 Years (mandatory experience in ERP system)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end purchase operations including vendor development, negotiation, and finalization.
- Handle procurement of raw materials, consumables, and other required items as per company needs.
- Maintain and update purchase records in ERP system accurately.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.
- Ensure timely release of purchase orders and follow-up with vendors for on-time delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with stores and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports related to purchase, cost analysis, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment release.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and build long-term vendor relationships.

**Key Skills Required**:

- *Strong knowledge of ERP systems (mandatory).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and materials simultaneously.
