**System Management**:

- Ensure all systems are properly updated with the latest patches and upgrades.
- **Network Administration**:

- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- **Security Management**:

- Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- **Backup and Recovery**:

- Develop and manage data backup strategies.
- Ensure quick recovery in case of system failures or data breaches.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond promptly to system outages and downtime.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
- Generate regular performance and incident reports.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor system performance and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure optimal functionality.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade systems.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand their technical requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
