**Job Duties (Other Duties as Assigned)**:

- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.
- Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability.
- Maintaining and updating vendor database and spreadsheets
- Executing vendor payment runs and assessing tax related processes.

**Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certifications)**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with excel skills.
- Must have 2 years of progressive accounting experience with accounting software’s like Tally, SAP, MARG, BUSY.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
- Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques.

Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram (Haryana)

**Salary**: Upto 20k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
