**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling and high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.
- Create visually engaging graphics for both print and digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance video content for marketing campaigns using software like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with the brand guidelines.
- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and **DaVinci Resolve** or other video editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills, particularly in marketing materials like brochures and flyers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience in social media content creation.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
