Outbound Calling:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers or leads.

Sales and Lead Generation:
Promote and sell products/services, identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate offerings.

Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and informative manner to build rapport and address inquiries.

Data Entry and CRM Maintenance:
Enter customer information, update databases, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Goal Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets, call quotas, and other performance metrics set by management.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Handling Objections:
Address and overcome customer objections, providing clear and compelling reasons to purchase or engage with the company.

Follow-up:
Follow up with leads or customers who have shown interest in the products/services.

Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from customers regarding products or services to share insights with the sales or marketing team.

Languages:
Panjabi - English

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
