Job Title**:Fleet and Distribution Operations Executive**(0-1 Years)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fleet Management**:

- Track and monitor the location and status of company vehicles in real-time.
- Oversee the lifecycle of fleet vehicles, including maintenance schedules, licensing, and insurance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

**Distribution System Operations**:

- Coordinate the distribution of documents, materials, and other assets between company offices.
- Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery while minimizing costs and delays.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any issues that may arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities, including delivery timelines and recipient confirmations. Communication and Coordination:

- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including office managers, warehouse personnel, and senior leadership.
- Resolve discrepancies, delays, or other issues related to fleet and distribution activities

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update databases to track fleet operations, distribution schedules, and delivery statuses.
- Generate reports on fleet performance, distribution efficiency, and cost analysis. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to improve fleet and distribution processes, including cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or systems to enhance tracking and distribution capabilities

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 0-1 year of experience in fleet management, logistics, operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and logistics platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, drivers, and external partners.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills to address delays, discrepancies, and other operational challenges. -Basic understanding of budgeting and cost management.
- Familiarity with local transportation regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
