- Maintain accuracy of the Scheduled Arrival Date on customer orders to ensure proper sourcing and customer delivery.
- Restructure orders to generate staging configurations on orders that require staging.
- Ensure Promise Dates are maintained to meet Customer’s expectations.
- Interfaces with the Buyer to address supply and delivery exceptions that may interfere with the on-time or complete delivery of all hardware and software products associated with a customer sales order.
- Monitors inventory levels to assure material will be available and aligned properly to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Reviews excess inventory for rework and product substitution.
- Provide updates to management on potential risk or issues.
