**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to sales executives take feedback.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions using Excel and internal CRM tools.
- Generate and share call reports, daily logs, and performance summaries using Excel (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas).

**Education**: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling or MIS experience.

**Technical Skills**: Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables preferred).

**Salary : 14000/- CTC PER MONTH (PF,ESIC,BONUS)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
