**Role**: Skill Development Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Share knowledge and understanding.
- Help to develop the individual’s technical skills, which is a prerequisite for growth.
- Share effective and efficient techniques for learners with real time hands-on.
- Detecting common skills shortages and creating a training plan to address these.
- Scheduling follow-ups to gauge your students' progress.
- Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.
- Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
- Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
- Providing various weekly assignments, and tasks to learners and evaluating them regularly.
- Provide for two-way communication.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Min 1 to 3+ years of experience in relevance.
- Programming and Logic Building Skills
- Prior Experience with frontend HTML, CSS, JavaScript and reactjs.
- Prior experience with Python Flask and database such as mysql/mongodb.
- Prior experience with data processing will add advantage.
- Base knowledge with any cloud platforms will add advantage.
- Clear knowledge of code versioning tools(Git, Github).
- Prior experience as mentor/trainer

**Languages**:

- Tamil / English languages are mandatory

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year
