**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on MERN Stack technologies.
- Design, develop, and update training content, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through hands-on projects, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
- Customize training based on learner skill levels and objectives.
- Evaluate and track learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep up to date with latest trends in JavaScript and web development.
- Assist in building mini-projects or capstone projects as part of the curriculum.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN Stack:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Git, GitHub, and version control workflows
- Basic understanding of deployment tools (Heroku, Netlify, Vercel, or AWS)
- Knowledge of testing tools (Jest, Mocha) is a plus.
