Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes including but not limited to French, Italian, Mediterranean, and European cuisines.
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, including seasoning, portioning, and presentation.
- Ensure consistency and high quality of dishes served to guests.
- Create and maintain a menu that reflects both traditional and innovative Continental cuisine.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of Continental dishes.
- Monitor food inventory and work with the procurement team to order ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Manage portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Adapt and modify recipes based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques into the menu.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹10,132.60 - ₹30,228.96 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
