- Develop and innovate menu items and seasonal specials.
- Source fresh ingredients, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

**Qualifications**
- 3-10 years of experience specializing in Continental cuisine.
- Expertise in Continental cooking techniques and presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Passion for culinary innovation and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
