**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to all guests. This role involves attending to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area while ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests in finding suitable seating arrangements.
- Maintain a friendly and attentive attitude toward guests at all times.
- Handle guest concerns and escalate any issues to supervisors promptly.
- **Order Taking & Food Service**:

- Present menus and explain dishes or special items to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or manually.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders from the kitchen to the guests.
- **Table Management**:

- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly.
- Reset tables neatly and swiftly for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the dining area throughout service.
- **Food Arrangement**:

- Assist in food presentation and buffet arrangements as per standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct food items and garnishes are served.
- Handle trays and serving dishes with care to maintain presentation and hygiene.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
- Collect feedback and report positive/negative comments to the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service.
- Good communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and hygienic practices.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
