Receptionist/administrator

**Greeting Visitors**: Welcoming visitors, clients, and customers as they arrive at the office or establishment. This includes providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary. They should handle calls courteously and efficiently.
- **Handling Correspondence**: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages. They may also be responsible for sending out mail and managing outgoing packages.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Managing schedules and appointments for executives, staff members, or specific departments. This includes coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring all parties are informed of their schedules.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. This involves tidying up magazines, ensuring seating is available, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- **Providing Information**: Assisting visitors with general inquiries about the organization, such as directions to various departments, information about services offered, or basic company information.
- **Administrative Support**: Providing administrative support to various departments, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying documents.
- **Security and Access Control**: Monitoring access to the premises by issuing visitor passes and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- **Handling Payments**: Processing payments for services or products, if required, and issuing receipts.
- **Handling Special Requests**: Assisting with special requests from visitors or staff, such as arranging transportation, making reservations, or providing additional support as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
