Position Overview:
Reporting to the Head - Search Match & Transplant Services, the Associate-Search is a full-time position that will take care of the following
- **Manage and respond to all the search requests received from various stake-holders. ** Co-ordinate with TCC team with respect to search.
- **Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and share it with relevant stake holders. ** Follow-up of completed search requests, sending reminders to TC about unanswered requests.
- **Coordination with TCC team in completion of donation files**

**Responsibilities**:
Search
- Manage the search requests received from various stake-holders (Hospitals, Registries and Patients)
- Perform the search in internal software and share the search reports with respective stakeholders. In case of a request from patient. Then, share only the match ranks.
- Turn-around time for search would be minimum of one working day to maximum of two working days (24hrs to 48hrs).
- If the match is not found with DATRI. Perform international search / worldwide search in WMDA website when request received from Transplant Centre Doctor.
- An updated match report should be shared with concerned hospital when a new match is found. Follow-up:

- Ratification/confirmation of active search with transplant center doctors every quarter.
- Follow-up with transplant center/hospitals for patients where match has been found for work up/ next step.

MIS & Reporting:

- Generate daily report of work status and share it with the reporting manager.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on search received and share it with the TCC team.
- Ensure automated new search is active in system and month end automated report from system is received.
- Updated match rank to be notified to respective transplant center and the respective TCC to be copied to the same.

Files Verification:

- To coordinate with TCC team in completion, arrangement, filing, verification, scanning of completed donation files.
- To maintain a sheet of data on completed, incomplete and awaited files list

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science (Bio-chemistry / Bio-technology)
- Master’s degree in Science (Bio-chemistry / Bio-technology)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
