IT Sales Executive

As an **IT Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products, services, and solutions within the information technology sector. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:*
**2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to offer relevant IT solutions.
**3. Solution Selling**:Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and pain points. Present and demonstrate appropriate IT products, services, and solutions to address their needs effectively.
**4. Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the organization. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.
**5. Pipeline Management**:Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
**6. Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the IT sector. Use market insights to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
**7. Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs. Provide feedback to improve product features and marketing campaigns.
**8. Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
**Requirements**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of information technology products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**:*
- Experience selling software as a service (SaaS), cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or other IT-related products.
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
- Advanced degree or additional certifications in sales or marketing.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
