Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase & Procurement:

- Identify and source suppliers/vendors for raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to optimize workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Oversee shipment schedules, order tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements in procurement and operations.
- Maintain records of purchases, shipments, and operational reports.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in purchasing, procurement, or operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement and logistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
