**Key Responsibilities**:
- CRM Management: Update the CRM database with lead and sales information, ensuring effective utilization to track sales pipeline stages.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, monitoring progress and supporting sales team efforts.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline, providing regular updates on pipeline status and anticipated sales.
- Sales Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings between leads and sales team members, and organize weekly review meetings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on lead activity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates, identifying potential improvements and suggesting recommendations.
- Exhibition Coordination: Organize and support team participation in exhibitions, handling logistics and lead tracking.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales support or coordination role
- CRM software proficiency (experience with [specify CRM] preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
