Key Responsibilities
Technical:

- Analysing customers need and recommending packages.
- should know writting reports.
- Mails;
- Excel sheets, powerpoint.
- Should know common operationg system.
- Data analysis.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposal.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Managerial:

- Align organisational purpose with goals.
- Delegates task effectively.
- Make communication priority.
- Setup the team for success.
- Ability to communicate properly.
- Duties must not be imposed on anyone.
- Meeting the sales target.
- Should be delivered desired results.
- Should be enthusiastic in given tasks.
- Handling customers queries, inquiries and complaints.
