**Position**: Store Executive

**Qual.**: B. Sc /Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications

**Exp.**:

- 2 to 4 Yrs

**Industry**: Electronic Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom

2. Stock verification for critical parts

3. Monthly & Annual stock audit report & submission, receive, unload, and shelve

supplies

4. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling

supplies

5. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for

reimbursements and record keeping

6. Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses

7. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper

stock levels and maintain inventory control,

8. Maintain FIFO of material stored

9. Highlight nonmoving, slow moving, fast moving items & their disposal

10. Maintain shelf life record of receipt items & their control

11. Monitoring stores operation, i.e. material receipt, GRN/MRN Preparation, Control,

Material issuance and Rejection disposal.

12. All responsibilities for receipt of material as per purchase order, supply schedule &
physical check as per inventory quantity and quality.

13. Inventory control with inventory norms.

14. Responsible for maintaining shortages, excess non-moving, slow moving items,

inventory

15. Taking sufficient action to control/liquidate

16. Ensuring timely availability of supplies of materials by placing order before stock out

situation at reorder for all electronics & consumable items.
