**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify Overall QA milestones, external milestones, issues, risks and assumption.

2. Assign Project work to the QA team.

3. Develop and maintain strong working relationship with all the areas engaged with the

overall QA team.

4. Identify needs of implementing new process and Analyze Project trends to improve

and optimize existing processes.

5. Identify areas of improvement to increase speed, quality and gain efficiencies

6. Create and maintain the QA team member skill set database.

7. Provide leadership and guidance to build and maintain a high-performance

environment

8. Ensure that all Supervisors are trained and that supervisor appropriately train line

workers.

9. Manage and participate in continues improvement initiatives.

10. Maintain work area consistent with 5’ S program & training.

11. Authority for clear GIN in ERP

12. Authority for holding the batch if any NC observed.
