**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Schedule pest control appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar, adjusting as needed based on client requests or emergencies.
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule, or follow up after services.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and policies.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to services, billing, or scheduling.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer information, services rendered, billing, and payment history.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in handling customer data.
- Prepare and process service contracts, invoices, and other documents as necessary.
- **Inventory & Supplies Management**:

- Track and manage office and pest control product inventory.
- Order supplies, equipment, and chemicals needed for pest control services.
- Ensure safe storage and handling of all pest control materials in compliance with regulations.
- **Billing & Payments**:

- Assist in preparing invoices and ensuring timely billing for completed services.
- Track customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Process payments, including credit card, checks, or online payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- Communicate with field technicians and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare reports on service statistics, customer feedback, and technician performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing and service agreements.
- **General Office Duties**:

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the pest control team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in pest control, construction, or another service-based industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of pest control industry regulations and safety practices is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems specific to service-based businesses
- Basic understanding of accounting and billing practices
- Knowledge of pest control products and services
- Bilingual skills (if applicable in your location)

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role with occasional interaction in the field, such as assisting technicians or meeting with clients.
- Standard business hours with the potential for overtime during peak seasons or emergency services.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
