We are currently building our team and now searching for

**Event Coordinator (M/F/d) - 100% Remote**

**Your daily tasks**:

- Handle seamless organization of events (virtual/on-premises requirements).
- Liaises among related teams for required arrangement and promotional activities for the event.
- Prepare documentations required in event management such as timeline or reports.
- Organize events that will make an impact to a target audience.
- Provide input in budget estimation to ensure cost effectiveness in event management.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in Marketing / Communication Studies or certification in Event Management
- 3-5 years of experience in managing events particularly in virtual support environment
- Excellent English Language skills
- German language skills would be a plus.
- Tech Savvy (familiar with working tools such as CRM Software, Project Management Tools, MS Office Suite)
- Effective Communication Skills
- Flexibility & Adaptability
- Willing to work in European Time Zone
