**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide support and assistance to customers during their consultations and sessions, including resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that they understand the nature of the issue and any steps required to resolve it.

Work collaboratively with technical support teams to resolve complex issues or escalations that require additional resources or expertise.

Assist clients in comprehending consultation options, procedures, and services offered by FixHealth.

Engage in pre-sales activities for our international market, including identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the sales process.

Guide clients through the consultation process, including scheduling appointments, explaining pre-consultation requirements, and managing expectations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, appointment schedules, and communication logs using CRM software.

Continuously evaluate and enhance consultation support processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to expand knowledge and skills related to consultation support and healthcare services.

Engage in pre-sales activities for our international market, including identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the sales process.

**Requirements**:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Excellent Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with technical support teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
