- Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs. Guide & help sellers/ vendors for completing onboarding formalities.
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Liaising with account management team and sellers on deals & promotion procurement
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and uploading deals
- Creating central repository through spreadsheets for visibility
- Additional projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for business growth
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed
- Work independently in a high-pressure environment
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency & business growth
- Ensure delivery of deal execution across all major deals events, coordinating with account managers as well as directly with selling partners
- Track and report business development results and drive deep-dive analysis aiming at fixing defects and improving performance
- Provide required inputs to seller to manage customer feedbacks - Co-ordinate with sellers/vendors & internal teams for Catalog creation & product imaging.
- Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience.
- Document processes & regularly update existing Sops - Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports
- Proficient in excel & good communication skills
- Good excel skills and basic SQL knowledge
