We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented **Catalog Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product catalogs, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all product-related information. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, making product discovery seamless and informative.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring all details, such as descriptions, prices, and images, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular catalog audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product teams, to enhance catalog quality and accuracy.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations to optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all product listings.
- Identify opportunities for catalog improvements and implement best practices for catalog management.
- Handle ad hoc requests related to catalog updates, data entry, and product information management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant experience in catalog management or e-commerce.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with catalog management tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product lifecycle.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
