Execute marketing campaigns as per the strategy outlined by senior marketing staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign elements are delivered on time.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Conduct market research to gather data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits.
- Analyze competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Compile and present research findings to support marketing strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging content.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare reports to track performance.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and event setup.
- Promote events through various channels and follow up with attendees post-event.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor brand perception and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand guidelines.
- Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing proposals.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
