Safety and Compliance Executive

Reporting to senior management regarding safety statistics such as number of accidents or injuries at the workplace
- Assigning tasks to employees such as conducting audits or inspections of facilities or equipment to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conducting training for employees on safety topics such as first aid, hazardous materials, fire prevention techniques, and ergonomics
- Determining the root cause of workplace injuries, accidents, and near misses in order to create effective prevention plans
- Conducting investigations into accidents or incidents to determine their causes and contributing factors in order to improve safety procedures
- Reviewing safety policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with industry regulations
- Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
- Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Conducting training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
