We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Officer to manage student interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless learning experience. You will be the first point of contact for students and play a key role in nurturing relationships that drive student satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records of student interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new students and guide them through courses and programs.
- Collaborate with the sales and training teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
