**Education Required**:B. Com

**Professional Experience Required (Max - Min.)**:2-4 years’ experience

**KPI**:
Timely completion of SEZ compliances, Accuracy, and effective time management.

**Role and Responsibility**:
**SEZ Related**
- Filing of Monthly Progress Report for all Units.
- Filing of Monthly Softex for all Units.
- Preparing Intercompany agreements and getting those signed from the customers for the GOC Purpose.
- Submitting Gist of contracts and getting approved from the SEZ Officer.
- Filing of DTA Procurement on SEZ Online, getting assessment done for DTA inwards and approval from the SEZ officer.
- Filing of DSPF on SEZ Online
- Filing of TRC and Tracking inward movement for TRCs.
- Filing of Free forms and Tracking asset movements.
- Filing of Annual Progress Report for all Units.
- Updating SEZ Bond Register as per utilization.
- Co-ordination with Bank for Monitoring EDPMS Open Items and getting Softex closed timely, by providing requisite details to bank.
- Facilitating Material movement at SEZ Gate.
- Monitoring Attendance report by coordinating with HR and submitting the reports to SEZ Office-monthly, in accordance to Work from Home situation.

**Other activities**
- Monitoring Contract Creation for Networks used for invoicing on regular basis, following up with the order handler and respective manager for contract creation.
- Vendor Reconciliation, processing vendor invoices.
- Providing clearances for inward payments to the bank.
- Preparing inward entries with invoice knocking off details and sending to FSSC, timely.
- FAR Monitoring and physical verification of assets on Periodic Basis.
- Follow up for Old Outstanding with customers.
- Clearing Intra company Open items.
- Co-ordinating with HR & Admin team for Preparation of month closing Provisions.
- GL Accounts Analysis on weekly basis, preparing tracker for expense GLs.

**Competencies and Skills Required**:

- Advance Excel
- Knowledge of SEZ Online Portal
- Basic Knowledge of SAP
- Good Communications Skills
- Team Player
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
