Overview:
**Assistant Manager Taxation - EXPLEO SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Chennai)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Income Tax Return Filing and other related forms as per the Indian Tax Requirements:
- Handling Income Tax Assessments/ GST Department Audit, Tax Computations etc
- Monthly TDS, Quarterly TDS Return, GST Compliances and return filing
- International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Tax Compliances:
- SEZ, STPI, FEMA and RBI Compliances
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant
**Skills**:
- Strong business and commercial insight.
- Language skills - Superior written & spoken English, Hindi preferably
- Strong skills and experience with Word, Excel, QuickBooks.
- Should be willing to work as an Individual contributor.
- Should have working knowledge of IND AS compliances
- Should have excellent communication skills for interactions with Tax Consultants, Auditors and Senior Management personnel.
Desired Skills:

- Joining period : 30 to 60 days
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST Act
- Working knowledge of RBI compliances, SEBI requirement
- Strong knowledge of SEZ / STPI compliances
- Working knowledge of IND AS.
- Should be updated with latest amendments in Income Tax,GST,SEZ/STPI regulations.
**Experience**:
5-6 years of post qualification
