**Who are we?**:
**What will your job look like?**:

- Experience in corporate tax, regulatory aspects like SEZ, STPI compliances and requirements under Exchange control regulations and working knowledge on GST.
- Preparation and coordination in undertaking compliances under direct and indirect tax laws including transfer pricing compliances/GST/FIN 48.
- Preparation of internal reporting and updates in respect of tax filings/ assessments/ appeals.
- Coordinating with consultants/ counsels for various tax assignments, compliances, assessments and appeals.
- Leading the filing of withholding tax and GST returns, support on various routine and non-complex tax related aspects

**All you need is...**:

- Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Technical competence in Direct and Indirect Tax including Transfer pricing, Regulatory (SEZ/STPI), GST.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
- Chartered Accountant
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Big 4 and / or industry (IT/ ITeS).
