**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Assist in managing office tasks and maintaining office supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate team meetings and schedules
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office management tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a bonus
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
