**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design & Planning**: Develop innovative interior and exterior design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- **Technical Drawings & Documentation**: Create detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents.
- **Material & Finishes Selection**: Research and recommend suitable materials, textures, and finishes for projects.
- **3D Modeling & Visualization**: Develop 3D renderings and presentations using software like SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.
- **Site Coordination & Execution**: Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs are executed as per specifications.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Ensure designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- **Client & Team Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring project visions to life.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in architectural design, with exposure to both **interiors and exteriors**.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- **Design Expertise**: Strong understanding of commercial and residential architecture, including space planning, façade design, and interior layouts.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with **building materials, construction techniques, and sustainability practices**.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong visualization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in high-rise and mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of **BIM modeling** and sustainable architecture.
- Exposure to luxury interiors and commercial space planning.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
