**Job Title**: Draughtsman

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **detailed CAD drawings** for interior design projects, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Interpret and translate **concept sketches** into technical drawings.
- Ensure drawings meet **industry standards** and local building regulations.
- Coordinate with **designers, architects, and project managers** to refine designs and make necessary modifications.
- Maintain **organized records** of all drawings and revisions.
- Assist in **site measurements** and incorporate changes into technical drawings.
- Work with **vendors and contractors** to ensure design feasibility.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering**.
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD**; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D modeling is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **materials, finishes, and furniture layouts**.
- Ability to **interpret technical specifications and blueprints**.
- Attention to detail and **problem-solving skills**.
- Strong communication and **team collaboration skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in **interior design or architectural firms**.
- Familiarity with **local building codes and regulations**.
- Ability to handle **multiple projects** and meet deadlines.
