Protech Home Design is searching for Residential Architectural Technologist / Designer/Draftsperson to join our residential home design firm. We are a Canadian firm that is looking to hire an individual overseas that is confident in their skills to complete Canadian home elevations, floor plans, cross sections and site plans

NOTE: We are only looking for people who is fully trained in Archicad,

This jobs allow you to work from home. Pay is based on experience, as well as a retirement/savings plan provided by the firm.

You will be required to work nights and share your screen at all times.

Main responsibilities and requirements:
Has archicad on their own personal computer and knowledge on how to use it.

Must have a knowledge of wood frame construction for Canadian homes.

Is able to confidently create floor plans in 2D and 3D for custom homes.

Able to do elevations, floor plans, cross sections, site plans and electrical.

Is confident with a variety of residential projects such as single family homes, duplexes, row housing, and multi-family homes.

Prepare and maintain construction site layout drawing sets.

Match specifications with drawing sets.

Ability to read architectural and structural blueprints.

Step 4: If you've made it past the interview congratulations, and you are hired You will be sent a employment contract to sign and will begin working for Protech Home Design once all necessary paperwork is completed.

Shift availability:
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹61,479.00 per year
