**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing architectural designs and conceptual plans for residential projects.
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings, models, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.
- Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and interior designers to deliver client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project alignment with design specifications and quality standards.
- Research and integrate building codes, regulations, and materials into project designs.
- Prepare design presentations and mood boards for clients.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers for design execution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of residential construction materials and methods.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Northern India.
- Excellent design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic project environments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in preparing detailed project quotations and rate calculations.
- Familiarity with digital project management tools like Google Workspace, Notion.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient construction.
