Essence Coco Virgin Oils Manufacturing Unit is seeking an Operations Controller to join our team

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven expertise in food processing and packing machinery operations and production control to support our extra virgin edible and pharmaceutical oil production facility.

If you have a strong understanding of food processing equipment and experience in production and packing management, we encourage you to apply

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of food processing and packing machinery.

Monitor and control the production and packing process to ensure efficiency and quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery performance.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational guidelines.

Coordinate with the production team to optimize output and minimize waste.

Maintain records of machine performance, production output, and quality checks.

Collaborate with engineers and technicians for process improvement.

**Requirements**:
Qualification: BTech degree / Diploma ( Minimum 5 years experience )in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience in food processing machinery operation and production control.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial food processing and packing equipment.

Problem-solving skills for machinery troubleshooting.

Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
