Target Industry
- Preferably from Non-woven fabric /Non-Woven Textile Industry line exposure, PET fiber / Felt industry Polyester fiber board printing, Fabric printing, Textile printing, Technical têxtile, Composite, MDF/Laminate fabrication, Thermo-wadding printing industry etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly Responsible for
- Inspection and Testing of incoming raw materials like Polyester fibers, recycled fiber, Bico fiber, packaging materials, MDF, laminates, Aluminum extruded sections etc.
- Establish & improve process and FG quality checking systems for final product conformity as per stipulated standards for Non-woven wadding products using PET fiber and further customizations processes
- Online & Offline inspection in-house and from other laboratories starting from polyester fiber to packaging materials
- Maintaining All the quality records, documents & samples etc. for PET wadding and panels
- Collection of Product & Process related data, Analysis and MIS reporting to Management
- Handling customer complaints

He shall
- Have In depth knowledge Non-woven fabric / PET fibers and related products and their quality norms etc.
- Have exposures to Polyester fiber board printing, Digital CNC cutting etc.
- Have Knowledge of Polymers processing and applicable quality norms for products
- Have Hands On experience to Continuous Improvement Environment (TPM/WCM/Six Sigma)
- Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty)
- Be developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.
- Ensure product quality control plans and associated documentation to implement effectively and maintain in line with QMS and other applicable standards
- Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators non-conformity, rejection, rework & set proper system to control the same with complete documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
**Skills**:

- Knowledge of quality management & product specific standards & systems applicable to the PET Non-Woven / Wadding industry he is working with
- Independent, Assertive and positive mindset
- Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) shall be desirable
- Multi-Tasking and Problem-solving skills
- Should be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, planning and administrative abilities

Location
- Local or should be ready to relocate near Factory / Umbergaon / Vapi/Silvass/Daman.
- The Company is 6 kilometres distnce from Sarigam GIDC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
