Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial research and strategy to ongoing monitoring and optimization.

**Responsibilities**:
Own and manage: Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads across various search and display networks.

Research and strategize: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing targeting options and refine campaign structure.

Craft compelling copy: Write persuasive ad copy that resonates with your target audience and drives clicks and conversions.

Test and learn: Implement A/B testing to identify winning ad variants and optimize campaign performance for maximum impact.

Data-driven insights: Analyze campaign performance data, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and costs, to generate actionable recommendations for improvement.

Stay informed: Remain updated on the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and the broader digital marketing landscape.

Collaborate effectively: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the marketing team and leadership, to align campaigns with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads platform

A strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles and concepts.

Proven ability to conduct keyword research and build targeted campaigns.

Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for crafting engaging ad copy.

A proactive and problem-solving approach with a thirst for continuous learning.
