**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business for the firm.
- Identify good channel partners in the market, connect regularly and promote our projects to them.
- Carrying out pre-sales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
- Launch new CP initiatives and schemes in coordination with Marketing.
- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
- Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
- Preparing weekly, and monthly MIS of walk-ins, and client database.
- To prepare a calendar for the year planning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
- To ensure each segment & project meets the sales conversion percentage and To meet a targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
- To develop & drive the channel sales team at the project site.
- To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
- To ensure more revenues from the performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
- Follow up for Site visits, to ensure walk-in drive and sales closures as per assigned targets.
- Motivate Channel partners & generate revenue.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
