Job Title: Institutional Equity Dealer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Execute equity trades on behalf of institutional clients (mutual funds, insurance companies, FIIs, pension funds, corporates, etc.) in compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
- Monitor market movements, indices, and stock-specific developments to provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with fund managers, dealers, and analysts at institutional clients.
- Coordinate with the research team to disseminate reports, investment ideas, and market strategies to clients.
- Ensure best price execution and mínimal market impact while placing large institutional orders.
- Manage client orders, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations with operations/back-office teams.
- Track client positions, risk exposures, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the sales team in pitching equity ideas and investment strategies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (SEBI, NSE, BSE) and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.
- Generate periodic MIS/reports on trades and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and market microstructure.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Analytical ability to understand research ideas and market trends.
- Quick decision-making and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters/Terminal and trading software.
- Good grasp of compliance and risk management in equity dealing.

Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred) / Graduate with relevant experience.
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification - mandatory for trading.
- 2-6 years of experience in equity dealing with institutional clients.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
