Job Title: Institutional Equity Dealer

Reports to: Head of Equity Trading/Dealing

Location: Mumbai & Baroda

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Trading:
1. Execute trades on behalf of institutional clients (mutual funds, pension funds, hedge funds, DII).
2. Manage trade orders, ensure best execution.
3. Monitor market conditions, adjust trading strategies.

Portfolio Management:
1. Manage client portfolios, ensure alignment with investment objectives.
2. Conduct portfolio reviews, recommend adjustments.
3. Collaborate with investment managers, research analysts.

Market Expertise:
1. Provide market insights, research reports to clients.
2. Conduct market analysis, identify trends.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, market counterparties.

Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
2. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions.
3. Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues.

Risk Management:
1. Monitor and manage trading risk, ensure compliance.
2. Implement risk management strategies.
3. Collaborate with risk management team.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Participate in daily morning meetings, discuss market outlook.
2. Collaborate with sales, research teams.
3. Contribute to business development initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in equity trading, dealing.
- Experience in institutional equity, brokerage, or investment banking.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI, etc.).

Certifications:

- NISM certifications (Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives).
- CFA/CA/ICWA (desirable).

Salary Range:

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
