Co-ordinating with the sales team for their sales performance tracking,
- head office instruction follow up.
- Reporting the sales team performance on daily basis to the sales head.
- Analyzing the sales app and provide daily data to the Sales head.
- Receiving daily orders from the sales person and preparing DO accordingly.
- Preparing and Analyzing Aging/ Credit report and verify the report from the sales head.
- Preparing MIS report and sharing the final analysis report to sales head for further strategy development.
- Preparing quotation, proposal and providing assistance for corporate sales.
- Co-ordinating between sales, marketing, product development service along with other department for smooth operations of before and after sales process.
- Working as medium between Management and Sales team
- Timely interaction with Sales Team, Distributor, Agency & Vendors.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems both digitally and hard copy form for
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and

**Job Specifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in management.
- Good team interaction and coordination skills.
- **Languages should be known
- Tamil & English (mandatory) Malayalam/Kannad (preferred).**:

- **Computer literacy (Good hands-on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**:

- Excellent communication, customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends etc.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
