The DMS Executive is responsible for maintaining and managing the Dealer Management System (DMS) operations across sales, service, and spare parts departments. The role ensures smooth data entry, report generation, and system accuracy to support dealership operations and manufacturer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all records in the (DMS) for sales, service, and spares.
  • Ensure daily data entry for vehicle sales Billing, Enquiry and customer details.
  • Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
  • Verify and validate entries for accuracy before final submission.
  • Support service and sales teams with data analysis and MIS reports.
  • Monitor system backup, data security, and DMS performance.
  • Assist in claim processing, warranty submissions, and inventory reports through DMS.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all dealership and customer data.

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of DMS software.
  • Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
