Position: US IT Recruiters (Freshers)

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Qualification & Skills**:
**--**Minimum 1 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Maximum 10 years of experience in US staffing & Recruitment.
- Strong networking skills
- Understanding of the IT Industry.
- Experience in recruiting for US IT & Non-IT roles.

**Roles & Resposibilities**:

- Identify and recruit top IT talent for various US based clients.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to Offer acceptance.

**Freshers**:
1. Excellent communication skills required.

2. One year Bond will be there.

3. 10th Original Mark sheet should be submitted.

4. Night Shift (8:00pm to 5:00am) Monday-Friday.

5. No Cab facility

6. The Package 2.52LPA. (One time incentives 12.5 per closer).

7. Free Dinner will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
