What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for a versatile and creative UI/UX Designer who will spearhead the complete redesign of our website while contributing significantly to our marketing and creative strategies. This is a role for a multi-talented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to be a cornerstone of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Website Redesign: Conceptualize and implement a modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI/UX for our website.
- Development Expertise: Ensure the seamless development and deployment of the website, managing the project from design to live execution.
- Design Versatility: Utilize design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch) to create impactful visuals for the website and other branding materials.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital assets with branding, campaigns, and business goals.
- Creative Contributions: Support with graphic design, video editing, and other creative production needs as they arise.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Propose fresh ideas, experiment with creative solutions, and take ownership of projects to drive ARRCOAT’s vision forward.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in UI/UX design and website development.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, WordPress).
- Experience with video editing and other creative tools is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

To Apply:
Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹405,600.00 per year
