**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **User Research & Analysis**: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and improve the user experience.
- **UI Design**: Design visually appealing and functional interfaces aligned with brand identity and UX best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- **Usability Testing & Feedback**: Continuously test and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- **Design System Management**: Maintain and enhance design components, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- **Trend & Innovation Research**: Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products innovative.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field**.
- 2+ years of experience in **UX/UI design** with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools**.
- Experience with **user research, usability testing, and wireframing**.
- Strong understanding of **design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards**.
- Ability to **translate business needs into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces**.
- Familiarity with **front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience designing for **AI-driven platforms, SaaS products, or legal tech solutions**.
- Knowledge of **motion design and micro-interactions**.
- Understanding of **conversion optimization and A/B testing**.
