## **Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and functional logos and branding materials.
- Edit videos and create static posts for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are modern and relevant.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results to enhance user experience.

## **Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong skills in logo design, video editing, and creating static posts.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your design work, including user interfaces, logos, and any multimedia content.
- Familiarity with UX principles, user research methods, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

## **Nice to Have**:

- Experience with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with animation and motion design principles.
